  • Procedure

    Preparation:

    • Gather Supplies: Obtain necessary supplies such as food samples, tasting utensils, and mindfulness resources. Ensure a variety of food options to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

    Introduction:

    • Explain Mindful Eating: Introduce the concept of mindful eating, which involves paying full attention to the experience of eating and drinking, recognizing physical hunger and satiety cues, and savoring each bite.
