Description

Have residents test their balance and coordination with a Seated Jenga Fitness activity! Residents will carefully remove blocks from the Jenga tower while seated, engaging their muscles and concentration for a fun and challenging workout.

Goals
  • Combine the classic game of Jenga with physical activity.
  • Promote upper body movement and coordination.
  • Create a sense of enjoyment and strategic thinking.

Procedure
  • Label each Jenga block with an exercise prompt.
  • Participants take turns removing blocks and performing exercises.
  • Continue until the tower falls, then reset.
  • Celebrate successful moves and encourage friendly competition.
