Ashley Vandoorn, BA, BSc, MSc, GPA Coach, has more than 10 years of experience in the retirement home industry as a General Manager and Recreation Manager. She also has degrees in Nursing, Recreational Therapy, Gerontology and Geriatric Rehabilitation/Dementia. As a former General Manager at one of the largest retirement communities at the height of the first wave of the pandemic, she successfully led her team through an outbreak. She currently consults with retirement communities on best practices moving forward while working at Welbi as the customer experience lead.
