For the first step of your journey, we simply want to make sure that we are a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for us. We truly care about learning more about you, your career aspirations, and what you are looking for in a new role, team, company and culture.
We will also take some time to tell you more about Welbi, our team, and the position you are applying for (hiring process, timelines, compensation, etc.). During our chat you will be able to ask as many questions as you may have.
During this step in your journey, the focus is on making sure you have the skills needed to succeed in the role. In the first half of our chat, you will get to meet your hiring manager as well as we will go through some behavioural questions that reflect the skills needed for you to kill it in your new role.
In the second half, we will go over situational exercises to give you a better understanding of what you will be doing in your new role, but also how you handle those situations.
We believe that each and every member of the Welbi family plays an essential role in the success and culture of the company. During this stage, we just want to get to know you as a person to better understand how you will fit in with the team.
This is also an opportunity for you to get to know Welbi’s Leadership team and ask them anything and everything!
During this stage, we will give you an opportunity to meet a future teammate in the same role as you. It is important for us to give you a realistic perspective from someone on the job – about Welbi, our culture, and your future role.
At this step of the journey, we will chat with your previous co-workers, direct reports, and/or managers to go over how we can best support you and help you succeed in your new role.
Congrats and welcome to the Welbi family! We’ll provide you with a job contract for you to review. Once it’s a sealed deal, we’ll begin the onboarding process and set you up for success in your new role.
